Application tips


The rinsing result is improved by using demineralized water and adding thermodent® clear to the final rinse.
Application methods


Following the cleaning step, it is advisable to rinse with thermodent® neutralizer to prevent the entrainment of alkali residues.
Use concentration:

thermodent® alka clean is used in the following proportions: Standard recommendation: 0.5 % (5 ml/l). Depending on level of soiling: 0.3 - 1 % (3 - 10 ml/l) may be used. The product is proportioned by the machine's own dosing pumps.

< 5 % nonionic surfactants, < 5 % anionic surfactants, < 5 % NTA and its salts, < 5 % polycarboxylates, enzymes, < 5 % NTA (nitrilotriaceticacid) and salts thereof.
Other ingredients: solubilizer, corrosion inhibitor.
